Pelcravia Enterprises P/L t/a Star International a Company in the Transport and Logistics Sector seeks suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following vacancy which have arisen within our organisation:
Duties
Carry out market research and identify possible markets suitable for the organisation.
Approach potential customers physically, digitally or via the telephone offering them our services.
Manage the proactive customer care processes
Provide sales quotes on new business enquires on a day-to-day basis.
Follow up on issued quotes until orders are obtained.
Follow up with operations daily on obtained business to ensure that customer timelines are being met.
In case of load delays keep the clients well informed before complains.
Prepare weekly sales report by Monday of the following week.
Prepare the Monthly sales report by the 5th of the following month.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Marketing.
A minimum of five years of relevant work experience in the transportation and logistics
industry are required.
Hands on experience using Pastel.
Proficiency in Ms Excel is required.
