Looking for for an Administration Clerk with Accounting background.

DUTIES
• SP Purchase orders for our depots
• Accounts liason & invoice tracking weekly
• Verify GRN process & invoice matching in Freeway system
• Scan Invoices using bar code labels
• Petty cash control
• Payment schedules, supplier ledger, maintenance& POP distribution
• Supplier registration details, statements, recons & vetting
• All filling and record keeping
• RTO management
• Cyclic stock checks
• Freeway monthly reports
• Any other duties required by Procurement Manager
