REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should have 5 O’ Level passes including English Language and a HEXCO National Diploma in Secretarial Studies or equivalent.
A Higher National Diploma would be an added advantage.
At least one-year experience preferably in a university set up.
In addition, the incumbent must be initiative, be able to work with minimum supervision, be proficient in both oral and written English and possess high computer literacy and be good at minute taking.
