Role Overview
We’re seeking a Dispensary Assistant with a minimum of 1 year’s experience and at least 1 reference. This pivotal role involves collaborating with our pharmacists to ensure accurate dispensing and labeling of prescription medications.
Responsibilities
Assist pharmacists in precise medication dispensing.
Maintain meticulous records of dispensed medications and stock levels.
Skillfully handle cash and credit transactions.
Ensure orderly stock storage through efficient ordering and receiving.
Uphold health and safety standards for a hygienic workspace.
Engage in continuous learning through training programs.
Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns adeptly.
Present a consistently professional appearance and demeanor.
Stay current with industry trends for optimal dispensary support.
Requirements
Relevant dispensary assistant qualifications.
Harare South residents (Waterfalls, Glenorah, Southlea Park, Southview Park, Stoneridge, Hopely, or Chitungwiza) preferred.
Minimum of 2 references.
Profound knowledge of prescription medications and dispensing protocols.
Attentive to fine details.
Familiarity with health and safety protocols.
