For our recently, newly branded Hyatt Regency Harare, The Meikles., we are looking for a Restaurants Manager who will function as the Business Manager and a Marketing specialist for the outlet. To ensure that the outlet operates successfully, in accordance with the standard of the Hotel and that the outlet is profitable.

The Successful Candidate
- A Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of three years of work experience in a similar position at a ‘Five Star’ Hotel –a must.
- Work exposure, for example in properties around the region and/or cruise ships will be an added advantage.
- Membership in a ‘professional organization or association’ would be very commendable.
