Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse at Venus Healthcare Services in Harare, Zimbabwe. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing and coordinating patient care, administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctors, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care. The Registered Nurse will also be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of patient information.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse certification and current license to practice in Zimbabwe
- Minimum of two years experience in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices, as well as medical terminology and patient care protocols
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide compassionate patient care
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Good clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Good IT skills , particularly using patient management softwares
- Experience working in the private sector is a plus
