RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information as needed.
Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Manage and coordinate appointments and meetings.
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Ensure the security and confidentiality of the reception area.
Handle requests and queries from the public and internal staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
Excellent organizational skills.
Customer service attitude.
