𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲:
- Proven experience in real estate or a similar field (property valuations and auction management skills are a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Desire to drive growth and excel in a collaborative setting
- RICS qualifications would be beneficial
