Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Harare but involves traveling to the mines outside Harare. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee relations, developing job descriptions, and overseeing HR management activities.
Qualifications
- HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
- Experience in developing HR policies and job descriptions
- Employee Relations expertise
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant HR certification is a plus
