An upmarket guest house in Harare is urgently looking for a mature Housekeeping Assistant.
Responsibilities:
Ø Cleans rooms and public areas.
Ø Prepares rooms in preparation of guests.
Ø Shows guests their rooms and ensure they are know how to use room gadgets.
Ø Assist to sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron linens, towels, beddings, and other laundry items.
Ø Provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
– At least 2 years’ experience as a Housekeeper
– A minimum of 5 Ordinary Level passes. A qualification in Tourism and Hospitality will be an added advantage.
– Ability to work independently and in a team.
– Attention to detail
– Good time management skills.
– Good communication skills.
