Job Description
Financial support to the finance department:
- Preparing payment vouchers
- Supporting adequately all payments.
- Correctly capturing all financial transactions in Pastel Evolution
- Ensuring all payment vouchers are fully authorized.
- Ensuring that all financial transactions are retrievable upon request.
- Assist with financial reporting.
- Help with accounts receivable and payable management.
- Filing all financial reports
- Preparing VAT reports
- Uploading payments to online payment platform
- Banking excess cash and withdrawing cash from the bank.
- Reconciling ledger accounts monthly
Requirements
Functional skills and knowledge:
- Ability to work under pressure without making errors.
- Good human relations skills
- Good with figures
- Good coordination skills
- Willingness to travel to the districts.
Qualifications and Skills
- A recent graduate with a Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Meticulous with figures
- Honesty and integrity
- Proficiency in usual desktop software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) a requisite and website management a bonus.
- General appreciation of HR policies and procedures.
