We are currently seeking recent graduates to join our team as Graduate Civil Engineers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project resources, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, and coordinating with other professionals in the industry to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage project resources, including labor and materials.
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
- Gather accurate information about clients’ needs and requirements.
- Prepare bids for tenders and assist in preparing project designs and specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems.
- Plan and carry out repair work and renovations.
- Ensure that sites meet legal, health, and safety guidelines.
- Monitor site work and prepare status reports for management.
- Coordinate with other professionals in the industry, such as architects, surveyors, and contractors.
- Prepare quotations for labor and materials.
- Supervise construction on the site.
- Travel frequently for site visits and inspections.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A diploma or degree in civil engineering.
- At least 1 year of work experience.
