Khulisa seeks a consultant for an upcoming Mid-term Performance Evaluation.
The specialist will assist the Team Lead with the evaluation design, analyzing evaluation data and fieldwork. Attend to several evaluation activities and arrange periodic meetings.
Qualifications/Experience
- Masters in Development Studies/Evaluation and/or Agriculture studies
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Agriculture/Development programs in developing countries.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing program evaluations.
- Research experience in the agriculture sector and in Sub-Saharan Africa.
- Previous USAID evaluation experience
- Good oral and written skills in English are required.
- Understand and speak local languages
