Job Summary
Handles all payroll and HR Administrative issues as per set policies and regulations.

Duties And Responsibilities
Receives registers from all depots in order to create spreadsheet detailing all employees’ monthly payroll input.
➢ Inputs data into the SFI payroll system.
➢ Makes sure all registers are available in time and are correct.
➢ Assist in payroll processing.
➢ Handles payroll queries.
➢ Keeps track of hours worked and overtime.
➢ Distributes pay slips.
➢ Sends detailed information to finance.
➢ Makes sure payments are made on time.
➢ Keeps track of changes made in the payroll system.
➢ Files payroll related information monthly.
➢ Shortlist job interviewees, calls them for interview, compiles interview reports and conducts reference checks.
➢ Tracking and notifying superiors of upcoming expiration of contracts.
➢ Renews contracts.
➢ Inventory management of stationery.
➢ Ensuring all employees in the section have signed job descriptions and performance contracts.
➢ Performing any other work-related duties as assigned by the Superior.
➢ Adheres to and ensures adherence to Safety, Health and Environment regulations and standard procedures.

Qualifications And Experience

  • 5 ‘O’ level subjects including English Language and Mathematics/Accounts.
  • A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or any other relevant qualification.
  • Paywell or Belina payroll certification is an added advantage.
