Role Overview
Incumbent is to contribute the formulation of Recreation policies in line with the Ministry’s mandate and national development imperatives; Coordinate the maintenance of parks, natural preserves, sports facilities and street facilities; Prepare project proposals for investment, marketing and consumption of recreational services; Assess and address recreational needs of the nation.
Requirements & Qualifications
BSc Sport Science, Tourism and Hospitality or any other Sport- related degree
Master’s degree with a bias in Sport/ Recreation is an added advantage. At least 6 years’ experience at Officer Level grade in recreation or related field
Proficiency in program management
Awareness of current trends in the field of sports and recreation
Good management and supervisory skills
