Duties and Responsibilities

The Job:
• Preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations in liaison with the Business Development Manager.
• Preparing quarterly Board of Fund Meeting Packages for Group Pension Schemes in liaison with the Administration Department & Business Development Manager.
• Scheduling and attending Board of Fund meetings and ensuring all action items and deliverables are met.
• Managing relationships with both brokers and other business partners.
• Preparing quotations in liaison with Actuarial Department & Business Development Manager.
• Drafting rules and policy documents for all new business to ensure clients have adequate contractual documents.

Qualifications and Experience

The Person:
• A bachelor’s degree in risk management and insurance; or a business-related degree.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a pensions-related environment.
• In-depth understanding of pensions, life assurance and related business.
• Highly analytical with the ability to interpret financial and investment reports.
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office tools and related business software.
• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
