ZIMBABWE PARKS AND WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates within the Authority to fill in the above vacant post. The incumbent will report to the Senior Human Resources Officer.
Duties (Responsibilities)
Updates human resources database
Participates in recruitment, selection and placement of employees.
Compiles monthly reports for the attention of Senior Human Resources Officer
Processes wages for contract labours
Assists beneficiaries access the Group Life Benefit and educates on the required support documents
Processes terminal benefits and pension claims for staff and their beneficiaries
Processes medical board documents for employees on indefinite sick leave
Participates in disciplinary proceedings including inquiries and appeals
Qualifications, Experience And Skills
5 ‘O’ Levels including English Language and Mathematics.
A Certificate in Human Resources Management or
Professional qualifications such as IPMZ.
A minimum of 1 year experience
Good analytical and communication skills both oral and written,
Computer literacy
