Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and organized attaché to join our team as a receptionist. This role requires excellent communication and multitasking skills, offering the right candidate valuable experience in both front office management and executive support.
Duties and Responsibilities
Reception and Front Office Management
• Greet visitors warmly, handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and ensure a welcoming and professional environment at the front desk.
• Direct visitors and callers to the appropriate departments, taking detailed messages when necessary.
Diary and Calendar Management for the CEO
• Organize and manage the CEO’s schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare daily agendas and relevant materials for the CEO’s meetings and events.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should be currently pursuing a diploma or equivalent qualification in Secretarial Studies or a related field
