About the job
To install, support, train and test new ICT systems/applications as well as procedures within the organisation.
Responsibilities
[a. Provide guidance and support for application users to ensure that the business application systems supported by the ICT are maintained to the highest possible standard with maximum levels of attainable productivity and efficiency.
b. Provide support for application configuration and upgrades, and problem analysis and resolution for application problems, in conjunction with the users and external application or service suppliers where necessary.
c. Assist with implementation of ICT application projects and Provide technical input where required.
d. Examine application functionality and performance and provide information about how it can be improved.
e. Directly provide user training and training materials. Ensure that the necessary skills are available to run the systems in the branches and units.
f. Rolling down new systems to all branches and units ensuring that all staff clearly understand and are able to operate effectively with the new systems
g. Proactively manage data quality in some systems.]
Qualifications
[Degree in Information Technology with Excellent verbal and written communication skills
