We’re looking for an individual with a positive disposition, honesty, with high technical and supervisory skills for our Workshop.
Duties and Responsibilities
Job Related
The individual should have:
1. The ability to plan, organize, allocate resources, supervise, control, and report on the timely and quality completion of fleet/ unit servicing, truck and trailer repairs, and maintenance.
2. Be directly responsible for ensuring that service schedules are executed as per plan and adhere to nil breach.
3. Supervise the carrying out of major overhauls of all mechanical units to set standards and quality.
4. Coordinate all ad-hoc workshop interventions and must also have the capacity to enforce adherence to all Health, Environment, and Safety guidelines, and policies in the workshop facility.
5. Proven 5 years of leadership experience with familiarity in diagnosing technical problems and providing expert solutions in a high-pressure workshop.
