About the job

Looking for a safeguarding officer with great work ethics able to work with a young tech team. There is need to provide a safe environment for everyone thus encompassing empowerment on every individual’s personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Act As The Leader And Point Person For The Safeguarding Committee When Making Decisions Regarding Safeguarding Issues

• Monitoring And Reviewing The Safeguarding Policy And Procedures To Ensure They Remain Up To Date,

• Working Directly With Bootcamp Students, And The Staff. As The First Point Of Contact For All Safeguarding Issues,

• Maintain Accurate, Confidential, And Up-To-Date Documentation On All Safeguarding And Child Protection Cases And Provide Reports Where Required

• Ensure That Vulnerable People Who Are Victims Of Abuse And Maltreatment Are Supported

• Promoting A Safe Environment For Everyone,

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree In Social Work/ Any Social Science Field

• Significant Organizational And Administrative Skills, Support By Proficiency With ICT

• Knowledge Of The Google Workspace For Documentation

• Minimum 2 Years Working Experience In The Field Of Child Protection Ability To Consult And Negotiate With External Agencies
