Role Description

This is a contract role for a Laundry Attendant at Maliza Laundry and Cleaning Services. As a Laundry Attendant, your day-to-day tasks will include washing, drying, ironing, and folding/hanging clothes and other laundry items. You will ensure that laundry is properly sorted, labeled, and processed according to customer preferences. This is an on-site role located in Harare, Zimbabwe.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in laundry services and handling various types of fabrics
• Good communication skills to interact with customers and understand their laundry preferences
• Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for our customers
• Familiarity with operating washing machines, dryers and other laundry equipment
• A degree in hospitality or equivalent is an added advantage.

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include attention to detail, time management, physical stamina, and the ability to work well in a team.
