Job Description

Zimbabwe Ezekiel Guti University (ZEGU) is inviting suitably qualified personnel to fill in the following post:

Duties and Responsibilities

Receiving job requests and opening job cards
 Issuing tools and spares and equipment
 Get quotations for workshop and maintenance goods and services
 Raising spares requisitions for purchasing
 Ensure vehicle and equipment licensing
 Monthly or weekly reports
 Stocks control
 Maintenance schedules control
 Control and manage administration
 Assist with workshop administration tasks
 Active and up-to-date maintenance of organisation’s database to ensure that the database remains credible
 Record timesheet, data entry maintaining and compiling records
 Updating records of all maintenance work in an orderly manner

Qualifications and Experience

 Applicants must have a minimum of Diploma in any Administration and related field
 Good technical understanding of engineering and workshop
 Computer literate, excel and word
 Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a workshop and maintenance environment
 Ability to work under pressure
 Class 4 driver’s license is an added advantage
