About Us
Intelli Africa Solutions Private Limited T/A Tumai is a Tier Two Authorised dealer with Limited Liability (ADLA) licensed by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe which allows it to operate a Local and Cross Border Remittance Platform (herein referred to as “Tumai” https://www.tumai.to/). This platform allows for Tumai customers in the diaspora or locally to remit money to their loved ones in or across Zimbabwe.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Capture petty cash transactions on Quickbooks.
Maintenance of fixed asset register.
General ledger accounts reconciliations.
Ensuring all financial records are complete, up to date and filed systematically.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies.
Undertaking day to day management of petty cash floats and ensuring correct procedures are followed in relation to petty cash.
Any other duties within the scope of the job and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in Accounting and/or full professional Accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CIS or CIMA.
Minimum of 2 years working experience in Finance preferably financial services sector.
Knowledge of IFRS, IAS standards critical.
Knowledge of Quickbooks accounting software.
