Handyman / Electrician / Plumber

HANDYMAN/ELECTRICIAN/PLUMBER: UZ VN HOTEL AND LEISURE PVT LTD (1 POST)

The successful candidate must be able to:
 Install electrical systems and components, such as distribution boxes, wiring, and circuit breakers
 Repair and maintaining electrical systems, plumbing systems and equipment including motors, stoves, gysers, wiring, water tapes drainage etc
 Test and inspect electrical systems for compliance with safety regulations
 Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical system malfunctions
 Install and maintain lighting systems, security systems, and other electrical systems
 Adhere to safety regulations, procedures and best practices during the execution of duties
 Report broken or malfunctioning equipment and any unusual circumstances to the Maintenance Supervisor
 Responsible for safe keeping of maintenance tools
 Maintain cleanliness of the maintenance and other related areas
 Learn the fire and safety procedures and how to operate the firefighting equipment
 Develop a strong knowledge about the hotel surroundings, its water and electrical systems
 Carry out any other official duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications and Experience

 Certificate in relevant field (Electrical and Plumbing) or equivalent
 5 “O” Levels including English and Mathematics.
 Completed electrician /Plumbing apprenticeship / Journeyman Electrician/Plumber will be an added advantage
 At least 2 years working experience in a similar position.
