DUTIES
Supervising and Leading a team of installers and production staff, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure smooth operations and efficient completion of projects/job cards.
Ensuring that all Aluminium and Glass products are fabricated, Cutted and installed to meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring that all team members follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
Overseeing the inventory management of materials and accessories required for Aluminium
and Glass products for fabrication and installation.
Conducting regular inspections at worksites to assess progress, quality, and adherence to job cards specifications
Addressing any issues or challenges that arise during the Cutting, installation process, finding solutions, and minimizing disruptions to any business operations.
Advocating Housekeeping issues within the department.
Qualifications and Competencies
Be adaptable and able to meet deadlines on assignments and multi-skilled.
Leadership skills.
National Certificate in precision or Machine shop.
Minimum of 2 years’ hands on experience in Aluminium and Glass production industry.
