Job Description
Provides Human Capital Consulting service to line management, and ensures that effective Human Capital Management policies, practices and processes are in place to support the strategic direction of the business.
- Supports line management with manpower and productivity growth through performance consulting.
- Assists in the development and implementation of manpower retention strategies.
- Assists with implementation of culture change / transformation, develops and implements change management plans.
- Ensures the appropriate implementation and maintenance of Human Capital processes such as Talent Management, Leadership Development, Recruitment and Selection, Remuneration and benefits and Performance Management
- Implements job evaluation principles and ensures consistent application to organisational structures.
- Designs and runs basic organisational design interventions at team, and divisional level in the business units.
- Supports line management in the implementation of effective employee relations processes including grievance and disciplinary processes.
- Advises on the design and/or redesign of Human Capital processes and practices.
- Collaborates with line management in the implementation and review of talent management processes.
- Compiles monthly and quarterly Human Capital Reports for the various stakeholders
- Analyses training and development trends and makes recommendations to the Talent Development Lead.
