Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef. The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen, creating menus, managing inventory, ordering and sourcing ingredients, and supervising kitchen staff. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and overseeing food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing a kitchen and supervising kitchen staff
• Proven track record of creating innovative and appealing menus with knowledge of international cuisine
• Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety
• Ability to create and manage budgets and inventory
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field
• Experience working in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
