SCHOOL CLERK – GRADE 4 (2 POSTS)
Main Responsibilities/ Job Summary
Types examination papers and other correspondences.
Receives and directs telephone calls and clients to relevant offices.
Receives and dispatches all procured stock items.
Collects and compiles information from clients such as demographics, contact information.
Captures enrolled learners in the admission register.
Files and retrieves documents.
Updates and balances stock register.
Qualifications Requirements
5 ‘O’ Levels including English Language and Maths /Accounts.
Certificate in Secretarial Studies or equivalent.
Experience
At least 1 year experience in a similar work environment.
