RECORDS CLERK – GRADE 4 (3 POSTS)
Main Responsibilities/ Job Summary
Files correspondence in relevant files.
Repairs worn-out files.
Performs photocopying duties.
Scans and emails documents to respective officers and departments.
Qualifications Requirements
5 ‘O’ Levels Subjects including English Language.
A Certificate in Records and Archives Management or equivalent.
Experience
At least 1 year experience in a similar environment.
