Main Responsibilities/ Job Summary
Types and files correspondence.
Archives records in box files upon receipt before and after data entry in an orderly manner as per set system.
Takes minutes and transcribes them at interdepartmental meetings, disciplinaryhearings/board of enquiries proceedings.
Captures requisitions.
Produces necessary reports from database as required by heads of units at site, district, provincial and national.
Compiles staff returns
Maintains confidentiality of information collected through the electronic database.
Facilitates meetings.
Qualifications Requirements
5 “O” Levels including English Language and Maths / Accounts.
A certificate in Secretarial Studies or equivalent
Experience
At least 1 year experience in a similar environment
