RECEPTIONIST GRADE 5 – (1 POST)
Main Responsibilities/ Job Summary
Receives and directs internal and external clients, stakeholders to the appropriate offices.
Takes messages or directs calls to appropriate personnel.
Takes minutes and transcribes them at interdepartmental meetings, disciplinaryhearings/board of enquiries proceedings.
Attends to telephone enquiries, and directs them to appropriate offices.
Makes bookings for meetings.
Qualifications Requirements
5 “O” Levels including English Language and Maths / Accounts.
A certificate in Secretarial Studies or equivalent
Experience
At least 1 year experience in a similar environment
