RECEPTIONIST (X1)
The incumbent is responsible for handling all administrative support to all personnel and Public Relations tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- A National Diploma in Secretarial studies
- A Certificate in Marketing Management is an added advantage
- At least one year working experience in a related field.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Excellent working knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing concepts
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate would be required, among other duties, to:
- Attending to visitors by greeting, welcoming, informing and directing them appropriately.
- Timeously notifying company personnel of visitors’ arrivals.
- Deal with stakeholder enquiries in person or by phone or emails.
- Communicate all customer feedback to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
- Contribute informed ideas to all marketing campaigns.
- Write marketing, advertising and website texts and content
- Liaise with all stakeholders with the aim of fostering sustainable relationships, brand association and brand loyalty
- Telemarketing, order taking, order tracking, and giving quotations to clients.
- Scout for Tenders and providing Market Intelligence.
- Sales analysis, filing and records keeping
