Job description
A leading insurance firm is looking for suitably qualified persons to fill in the position of Client Service Clerk to be based in GWERU.
Responsibilities:.
- Offer exceptional customer service to walk in clients
- Service provider engagement
- Sell and market company products
- Branch office administration
- Liaise with marketing agents
Qualifications:
- At least a Diploma in Risk and Insurance/Administration/Marketing or equivalent
- 1 year relevant working experience
- Strong client and stakeholders relationship management skills
- Possession of strong marketing and sales skills in insurance products an added advantage
