Safety Driver Training

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support to the Safety Driver Training team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
Manage client relationships, maintaining accurate records and ensuring client satisfaction.
Oversee marketing and sales activities, developing and implementing strategies to attract new clients and
increase revenue. Handle daily operations, ensuring the branch runs smoothly and efficiently.
Attend to clients, providing assistance with inquiries, complaints, and other needs. Collaborate with instructors and other staff to ensure the smooth delivery of Driver training service
Maintain accurate records of all branch activities, including training records, financial transactions, and client interactions.
Prepare reports and presentations as required.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance branch efficiency and productivity
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma or equivalent qualification in business administration, administrative management, or a related field
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with marketing and sales activities is a plus.
