Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Engineer. The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that meet the needs of our clients. The role will be located in Harare, Zimbabwe with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Computer Science and Software Development skills
- Back-End Development skills
- Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills using Java
- Experience in Agile methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with financial systems or FinTech industry is a plus
- Knowledge of SpringBoot, Spring Cloud Microservices and Docker will also come in handy
