We have a renowned client within the debt management space with cutting edge methodologies designed to help individuals in debt, lower their monthly instalments & interest rates. We are recruiting Debt Counselling Agents to consult clients with debt review needs & consolidation. This is unlimited earnings opportunity for a sales’ driven individual & allows the candidate to write their own check.

Responsibilities:
Explain the debt repayment plan to customers & how the collection process works
Assist with resolution queries that are received from the debtors Obtaining client permission for debt review
Good knowledge of all the relevant acts including the National Credit Act &
Consumer Protection Act in terms of South African Law
Assessing the extent of client’s debt burden by verifying budgets & debt commitments & agree to an interim debt repayment plan
Explain the fees (associated with debt counselling) the customer will be responsible
for in detail
Ensuring that clients’ stick to their debt payment terms
Previous debt review experience would be advantageous

Requirements:
1-2 years sales experience (preferable)
Previous debt review experience would be advantageous
Insurance sector experience (preferable)
The ability to convey empathy
Minimum education level, diploma or higher
CRM, SRW or ERP system experience, or similar
Excellent written & verbal communication
Experience with Office 365 Suite products i.e., Microsoft Office, MS Teams, Excel,
Word etc
Clear criminal record
