We are seeking a highly motivated Principal Registered Estate Agent who is industrious and solutions-driven, to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of agents, developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee a team of real estate agents and provide leadership and guidance
• Develop and implement solutions-driven strategies to increase sales and meet business goals
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Stay up to date with emerging real estate trends and technologies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Mentor and coach team members and provide opportunities for growth and advancement
• Perform property valuations and determine property market values (experience in this area is a bonus)
• Organize and manage property auctions (experience in this area is a bonus)
Requirements:
• Must be a registered estate agent with the Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a real estate agent
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-focused mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional service
• In-depth knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in Zimbabwe
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant real estate software
• Ability to leverage technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency
