What We’re Looking For
An Associate Trainer at Advisory Kulture with expertise in the area of leadership and transformation. You will deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on topics related to organisational transformation in the SADC Region. You’ll help trainees cope with and embrace their journeys in their respective organisiations through using leading practice frameworks and methodologies. You’ll be a creative and dynamic facilitator with a passion for learning and development. You’ll also be able to evaluate and assess the learning outcomes and feedback of the trainees and provide recommendations for improvement. Your knowledge and experience in the African market gives you a distinct advantage in understanding the cultures, languages and uniqueness of the environments African organisations operate in.
What Your Scope of Knowledge and Subject Matter Expertise Should Cover
- A degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, Industrial Psychology and/ OR demonstrable knowledge and experience in Change Management Training
- At least 3 years of experience as a trainer or a similar role in the field of Change Management or organizational development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches, such as adult learning theory, experiential learning, blended learning, etc.
Ability to identify learning needs and gaps and design customized solutions - Ability to give and receive feedback effectively and constructively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and demands
- Willingness to travel and work from Zimbabwe as the trainings will be in person
- Experience providing training for corporates in the Southern African region (Zimbabwe, South Africa, Lesotho, Swaziland, Namibia etc) or general African experience
What Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Delivering engaging and interactive training sessions
- Updating training materials and resources based on best practices
- Evaluating and assessing the learning outcomes and feedback of the trainees and providing recommendations for improvement
- Collaborating with the project team to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the training program
- Traveling through Zimbabwe as required by the training schedule
