Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Catering field.
• Class 1 Chef.
• Diploma in Culinary Arts.
• Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management an added advantage.
  Five ordinary level passes including English, Mathematics and Science.
• Proficient computer skills
• Menu planning and costing experience a must.
