We have been retained by our client to facilitate the recruitment and selection of self-driven and competent personnel to fill the vacant position of Maintenance Manager that has arisen within their organization.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Oversees electrical and mechanical teams with accountability of ensuring up time and plant reliability.
Oversees and leads maintenance procedures in a company.
Tracks expenses and report progress updates to the manufacturing executives. Oversees equipment stock and places order for new supplies when necessary.
Schedules and assigns work orders and proactive maintenance tasks.
Performs inspections and oversight of maintenance work to ensure quality. Identifies and implements proactive maintenance strategies to ensure efficient operations
Drafts maintenance reports that’s help measure and improve team performance.
Checks out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve
Plans and oversees all repair and installation activities issues.
JOB RELATED ATTRIBUTES
The ideal incumbent must possess the following minimum qualifications, competences and experience:
A degree in Engineering/ Facility Management or any related.
At least 5 years of experience in engineering and or manufacturing field. Proven experience as a maintenance manager or other managerial role.
Experience in planning maintenance operations.
Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.
