DUTIES
- Provide support to the receptionist in managing front desk operations.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Assist in booking reservations and handling inquiries.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required.
- Collaborate with the receptionist and other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a similar receptionist or administrative assistant role is beneficial but not always mandatory, as some companies may hire candidates with relevant education or training.
- Experience in providing customer service or working in a hospitality-related environment can be advantageous, especially for receptionist roles in hotels or resorts.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and office software can be valuable, but the ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly is essential.
