Vacancies have arisen for the above position in our firm. The successful candidates are required to start as soon as possible subject to satisfying the following requirements as stated in the Person Specification.

We are a Licensed Sponsor and as such we are permitted under UK Law to recruit eligible employees from abroad including from overseas countries. Please note that if you are from the EEA and you did not have any UK permit prior to the UK’s exit from the EEA on 31 December 2020, you are now required to apply for permission to come and work in the UK. PERSON SPECIFICATION

1. Holds a Health Care or similar qualification at Level 3 or above(E).

2. Holds Clean Drivers’ Licence(D).

3. Holds at least the B1 English Language or equivalent or is exempted

(E).

4. Has experience working within Health Care – ( or voluntary work in hospital setting / care home / orphanage etc ) (E).

5. Have a clean National Police Clearance Certificate

6. You have passed UK Health Screening requirements. (This is mostly the mandatory TB Screening for different countries which our partners Dewa

Legal Services will advise on, and COVID Guidelines as will be advised at the time you come).

7. You meet our requirements for Fit and Proper Person for this role – Physically and mentally fit / can provide satisfactory references , and have a clean national police clearance certificate .

8. Holds a valid passport to travel to the UK.

9. Holds a valid Visa to come and work in the UK(E ) (Please note we will provide

a Certificate of Sponsorship to the right candidates to help with the Visa

application process)

10. Can show that they meet the Maintenance and Accommodation

Requirements in the UK. (This means evidence of access to accommodation you will exclusively occupy in the UK and access to £1270.00 which should have been in an account you control for a consecutive 28days prior to your coming). We are able to provide accommodation and maintenance to successful candidates who otherwise may not be able to do so as long as we retain the right to deduct rent and the maintenance advance once you start earning .

UK within the Health and Social Care Sector. Where possible we will enrol you to complete these trainings online. l) We will support you to fully integrate within the communities and assist with things like – applying for your National Insurance Number; Applying for Banking Account , Registering with the GPs ( General Practitioners ) and accessing the community .

REQUIRE LEGAL SUPPORT / ASSISTANCE TO APPLY FOR THE VISA ?

NB: Our partners Dewa Legal Services will be able to assist to apply for a Visa

on your behalf. This service will be charged. While we may be able to

contribute towards the Visa Application fees and in some cases air fares for

the right candidates, the candidate remains responsible for paying for their

own Visa Application and travel expenses to the UK . Should we assist with

the above , we will seek reimbursement once you start working with us .
