Role Profile
- Formulate the Compliance Monitoring framework and Compliance Monitoring Plan
- Manage Compliance Risk Assessment and Compliance Risk Management Plans (CRMP)s
- Identify, investigate, and report compliance issues, irregularities, and violations
- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of controls identified to manage compliance risk
- Track business unit actions to mitigate risk and support continuous improvement across the business
- Develop Compliance reporting to deliver robust Management Information
- Conduct Impact assessment on Compliance Management Information systems
- Monitor Prudential and Regulatory thresholds
- Formulate and dispense Compliance Training & awareness on Top Compliance matters
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Qualification in Banking, Risk, Auditing, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Compliance Monitoring or a similar role
- Post Graduate Qualification in Compliance Management, Compliance Practitioner Certification MBA is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Compliance Management tools & MS word & PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
