Job Description
Whitecross Pharmacy is a leading pharmacy committed to providing quality healthcare services to our customers. We are seeking a qualified Beauty Therapist with work experience in a pharmacy to join our Borrowdale team.
The Beauty Therapist will be responsible for providing beauty treatments and services to customers, including facials, massages, manicures, and pedicures. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of working experience in a pharmacy and at least 1 reference.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide beauty treatments and services to customers, including facials, massages, manicures, and pedicures.
- Assess customers’ skin and beauty needs and make recommendations for appropriate treatments.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments and services provided.
- Ensure that all equipment and materials are clean and well-maintained.
- Follow health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints or concerns.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour at all times.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in beauty therapy.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Appropriate qualifications in beauty therapy.
- At least 1 year of working experience in a pharmacy.
- At least 1 reference is a must.
- Good knowledge of beauty therapy procedures and treatments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
