Duties and Responsibilities
- Proactive monitoring availability of Telco’s network infrastructure.
- Manage fault resolutions of Telco’s networks.
- Co-ordinate with the Service Delivery team, liase, and collaborate with other team members.
Qualifications and Experience
- Studying towards in a degree/ diploma in Telecommunications or any relevant qualification.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Must have a working Laptop
- Must be a Victoria Falls Resident
