Looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to take on the role of Deputy Head at Dominican Convent High School Harare, a top level private day and boarding Catholic School with a proud academic, sporting and cultural tradition
Applications are invited from qualified candidates with at least 5 years experience in a leadership position and a proven track record of success, preferably with an international school setting.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and commitment to providing the best possible learning experience for our students
REQUIREMENTS
- A suitable Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field
- A postgraduate qualification in Education or a related field
- The shortlisted candidates will undergo a rigorous period of training and professional development in the Cambridge system and the school ethos
- At least 5 years experience in a leadership position and a proven track record of success
