The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).

Responsibilities

a) Meeting and greeting clients and directing them to relevant offices or people.

b) Answering and forwarding phone calls and operating switchboards.

c)Scheduling meetings and conferences for employees and management.

d)Carrying out invoicing of clients, delivery notes, and quotations to clients.

e) Coordinating the movement of mail within and outside the office.

f) Coordinating office activities.

g) Carrying out any other duties as assigned by delegates.

Qualifications

Secretarial Studies a must.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
