The Job
- Assisting in the recruitment & selection process through shortlisting: setting up interviews in line with the set procedures
- Gathering, sorting & capturing payroll data
Handling payroll queries - Maintaining and updating personal records
- Administering Human Resource policies and procedures
- Handling employee grievances and complaints Preparing Human Resources related reports
- Document management; including administering Insurance and Pensions Commission (IPEC)registrations.
The Person
- Human Resources management degree or any related social science degree.
- Traceable one-year experience as Human Resource Assistant
- Hands-on experience & knowledge of Payday payroll will be an added advantage
- Extensive experience with Human Resource functions.
- Excellent organizational skills and basic knowledge of labour laws
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to be a strong team player.
- Excellent and demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Highly organized and efficient worker, skilled at multi-tasking & ability to perform well with minimal supervision.
