The Job

  • Assisting in the recruitment & selection process through shortlisting: setting up interviews in line with the set procedures
  • Gathering, sorting & capturing payroll data
    Handling payroll queries
  • Maintaining and updating personal records
  • Administering Human Resource policies and procedures
  • Handling employee grievances and complaints Preparing Human Resources related reports
  • Document management; including administering Insurance and Pensions Commission (IPEC)registrations.

The Person

  • Human Resources management degree or any related social science degree.
  • Traceable one-year experience as Human Resource Assistant
  • Hands-on experience & knowledge of Payday payroll will be an added advantage
  • Extensive experience with Human Resource functions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and basic knowledge of labour laws
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to be a strong team player.
  • Excellent and demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and efficient worker, skilled at multi-tasking & ability to perform well with minimal supervision.
