Job Summary:
Responsible for transporting packages, documents, and other items from one location to another using a motorbike.
1. Pick up and deliver packages, documents, and other items to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Plan the best route to ensure timely delivery and avoid traffic congestion.
3. Verify delivery information, such as names, addresses, and contact numbers.
4. Collect payments from customers when required and maintain accurate records.
5. Ensure the safety of the packages being transported, including proper handling and securing the items.
6. Communicate with the customer service team and provide updates on the status of deliveries.
7. Maintain the motorbike in good working condition and report any issues to the supervisor.
8. Comply with traffic rules and regulations, and maintain a good driving record.
9. Follow standard operating procedures and company policies.
10. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
Qualifications and Experience:
• A valid class 3 driver’s license and clean driving record
• Minimum of one-year working experience
• The ability to lift and carry heavy packages
• Excellent customer service skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Punctuality and reliability
• Good communication skills
• A basic understanding of navigation technology
